The Agency
BusyBees Dubai is a successful site-cleaning business that provides excellent services to clients who need their properties cleaned. The business here deals in pre-walk-in cleaning, sanitization, and disinfection of places, post-construction and facelift cleaning, AC duct cleaning, pest control, and a lot more.
The agency, a part of the BusyBees Group, has been serving people since 2008; however, its digital presence has recently been established. Harboring one of the best workforces in the UAE and Egypt, this agency has undertaken cleaning operations during challenging circumstances such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
As of 2024, the BusyBees Agency and the BusyBees Group stand at the top of Google search results. They also rank among the top five businesses in the same category on Facebook and Instagram.
However, this wasn’t always the case, and BusyBees experienced its fair share of struggles initially. That is where Digital Champ came to their aid.
The Challenges
The BusyBee Agency, just like any other business across the globe, faced its fair share of issues that hampered its growth. Our team of analysts at Digital Champ, upon going through the business, found out the following:

Poor budget planning: Although a great vertical, BusyBee Agency’s biggest issue was the misallocation of resources, resulting in the absence of a well-thought-out budget. While expenditures did happen, they didn’t encompass measures that could’ve helped with lead generation, growth marketing, and other measures.

The Solution
When we contacted the BusyBees Agency, we understood the underlying problems hindering their growth. Through further sessions and taking notes, we finalized a set of solutions to help the struggling agency. Here’s what we did:

Budget optimization: We optimized the market budget by identifying and adding a growth strategy and full-funnel optimization. These activities usually result in a significant budget increase; however, we managed to keep it budget-friendly for the agency.

Website optimization: Upon identifying the website’s shortcomings, we devised a thorough content revamp strategy and remapped the existing pages to the right sections. This enabled us to create a smoother UX through carefully placed content assets that were well-optimized with the right keywords and CTAs.

Lead generation channel: While the previous website had no lead generation avenue, we created a “Get a quote” page that became a front for lead generation. The inclusion of a WhatsApp chatbot and other communication avenues, such as email and contact numbers, became the go-to lead-generation tools.

CPL optimization: The CPL figures from the past reduced the number of people showing interest in the agency’s services. However, with our revised budget, we not only increased the number of tools at Busy Bee’s disposal but also significantly reduced the CPL numbers.
